Shipping

Delivery is currently complimentary across mainland UK.

Worldwide shipping is not yet available. When that changes, it will be reflected here.

Timing

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.

We currently ship using Royal Mail 48-hour service. Delivery timings are estimates rather than guarantees, and may shift slightly around bank holidays or periods of heavier volume.

Returns

If something is not right, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Return shipping

Return shipping is arranged at the buyer's expense.

We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The refunded amount will reflect the 20% restocking deduction and will not include any non-refundable charges where applicable.
